I have worked with diverse populations over the years, including early childhood, adolescents, parents, couples and adults for those struggling with anxiety, OCD, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges and emotion regulation difficulties. I believe in the balance of both acceptance and change.
I take a holistic approach with my clients and incorporate aspects of Mindfulness, Cognitive behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy , Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Psycho-dynamic therapy. My goal is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship that is based on openness, compassion and acceptance.

I have completed an 18-month rostering program in Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP). This is an Evidenced Based therapy for young children from birth through age five and their parents/caregivers who have experienced trauma.

Sensorimotor psychotherapy (SP) is a therapeutic modality for trauma and attachment issues. SP welcomes the body as an integral source of information that can guide resourcing and processing of traumatic experiences. SP is a holistic approach that includes somatic, emotional, and cognitive processing.
